Visa support letters for attending SPLASH 2024 are handled centrally by ACM. Please see this website to request a letter:

Note that you must be registered for the conference in order to receive a support letter; we recommend first registering and then requesting the letter. Also, be sure to check your spam folder to see if the letter arrived there.
